Darren Rogow

Rogow Property Management was established by Darren Rogow, who began his career as a real estate lawyer at one of the nation’s leading real estate firms.

With 20 years of experience in real estate transactions and community management, Darren has collaborated with various management companies and boards to help communities develop actionable plans to achieve their goals.


He has served as a Director for commercial portfolios, overseeing 18 million square feet of property for both in-house and third-party owners. Responsible for managing over 1,400 leases, he guided each transaction throughout its lifecycle, acting as a legal expert on complicated real estate issues with a focus on turning around distressed assets.

This is a 4,400 SF Building in Clawson, Michigan, built in 1938. Used as a grocery store/gas-station for 75 years, the owner let the Property go in 2012, with two, 1000 gallon in ground fuel tanks still in the ground. Sitting empty for 14 years, we purchased the property after an in-depth due diligence, Phase I & Phase 2 Environmental Study. We worked with EGLE (Environment Great Lakes & Energy) to remove the contamination, clean up the Site and then revitalized the entire property. This Building currently sits as Rogow Property Management’s primary office, with the balance of the property leased, long-term, to a quality Tenant. This is a solid example of how we work within all aspects of grants and tax incentives and laws to provide a turnaround of the physical Property and Bottom-line. The Building is now stable and performing to budget.
